Every month, our partner companies send recruiters to the campus to hire as many new drivers as they can. This means you won’t be just another name in a stream of internet applications, or left on your own to cold-call a list of companies to look for a job. Trucking company recruiters looking to hire drivers will meet you face-to-face, knowing you are getting the best training available at American Driver Training Academy. Many additional partner companies from across the nation also actively recruit drivers through the Academy’s job placement program. Students typically have job offers before they graduate and some receive signing bonuses from $3,000 to 10,000 as an incentive to drive for our partner companies.
